Departure from Port Isaac on Wednesday....and on to Corfe Castle

We left Port Isaac bathed in a haze of low flying clouds...or fog....drizzling rain after a hearty breakfast at the Old School House...one last stop and that was to take a picture of Louisa's cottages.....Sad to leave Port Isaac, a charming and beautiful little Cornish Fishing Village...will definitely go back for a visit. Hope there will be a Doc Martin Series 6! Only one missing character and that was Martin Clunes was not filming when we were there...so...on the way to Corfe Castle we cruised past Martin's home and spectacular farmland just outside Dorchester....so that made up for not seeing him in Port Isaac....Then it was onto the Morgans Hotel in Corfe Castle but...not before visiting the Swanage railway. My friend Chris Apps and a mystery guest joined us for dinner at the hotel. Great meal, great company and great wine....then off to bed....
Just not much time to do this blog right now...little sleep. too much fun and too much drinking..oh well...
